How do I get to Cannabis Cowboy?

110-04 Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill, Queens, between 110th and 111th St. Take the J/Z to 111 St (3-minute walk) or the Q24/Q56 bus to Jamaica Av/111 St. Street parking nearby, plus a municipal lot one block east.

Are the products legal and lab-tested?

Yes. Every product on the shelf comes from a brand licensed under the NY Office of Cannabis Management and is lab-tested through the regulated supply chain.

Your order is packed at the shop and driven out by our own licensed team, not a third-party gig service.

Is delivery available right now?+

Yes! We're delivering, starting with a limited area close to our Richmond Hill shop and widening the range soon. Enter your address at checkout on the live menu to see if you're covered yet — if not, you can always order ahead for in-store pickup at 110-04 Jamaica Avenue.

Where do you deliver?+

We're starting with the neighborhoods right around our Richmond Hill shop and expanding the radius from there. The quickest way to know is to enter your address at checkout on the live menu — if you're in Queens, odds are good you'll be covered early.

How can I pay for delivery?+

New York requires every delivery order to be paid in full when you place it, online or over the phone. Cash to the driver isn't permitted under state rules. Aeropay, a secure bank-to-bank payment, is our primary prepay option. Link your bank once and pay in a tap at checkout.

Is there a delivery fee or order minimum?+

Any delivery fee and order minimum are shown at checkout on the live menu, before you pay. No surprises at the door.

Do I get carded for a delivery order?+

Yes, same as in the store. You'll show a valid government ID proving you're 21+ at the door and sign for the order. No ID, no handoff.

Can someone else accept my order?+

Yes, with one condition: when you place the order you must attest that the person accepting it is 21 or older, and they'll show their own valid ID and sign at the door. Orders can't be left unattended or dropped with anyone who can't show ID.

Where can orders be dropped off?+

A residential address or private business in New York State. State rules don't allow delivery to cars, parks, schools, or other public places.

What happens if I'm not home?+

The driver can't leave your order unattended, so it heads back to the shop. We'll reach out so you can reschedule or switch to pickup.

Yes. We're live now with a reduced delivery radius around the shop and we're widening it as we go. Join the loyalty program or check back here, and we'll make noise every time the range grows.
