A current government-issued photo ID proving you're 21 or older is checked at every handoff, then you sign and the order is yours. No payment happens at the door.

Where the handoff happens

State rules mean drivers can't deliver to hotel rooms, the casino floor, or into vehicles. You meet your driver curbside or at the lobby entrance — quick, discreet, ID and signature only.

No consumption on the property

Resorts World's rules prohibit cannabis anywhere on the property, hotel rooms included, and the Hyatt Regency JFK is 100% smoke-free (vaping counts, and a smoking fee applies). Keep your order sealed and plan to enjoy it off-property, somewhere private where it's allowed.

Yes. We deliver prepaid online orders to the Resorts World area, including guests of the Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World. Drivers can't come up to hotel rooms or onto the casino floor, so you'll meet your driver curbside or at the lobby entrance with a valid 21+ government ID. Enter the hotel's address at checkout to confirm it's inside the current delivery zone.
Can I bring cannabis into the casino?+
No. Resorts World New York City prohibits cannabis on the property — the casino floor and the hotel included — and the Hyatt Regency JFK is 100% smoke-free, with a fee charged for smoking or vaping in rooms. Keep your order sealed and plan to use it later somewhere private where it's permitted.
How long does delivery take, and how does prepay work?+
New York requires every cannabis delivery order to be paid in full when you place it, online — so nothing changes hands at the door except the ID check, a signature, and your order. Timing depends on the day's queue; orders come from our Richmond Hill shop about ten minutes away, and any delivery fee or order minimum is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver to South Ozone Park and Howard Beach?+
Our delivery zone covers a growing area of southern Queens around the shop, and it's expanding. Enter your address at checkout on the live menu to confirm you're in the current zone. If you're not covered yet, order-ahead pickup at 110-04 Jamaica Avenue is about a 10-minute drive from Resorts World.
